收稿范围 | Molecular Carcinogenesis publishes articles describing discoveries in basic and clinical science of the mechanisms involved in chemical-, environmental-, physical (e.g., radiation, trauma)-, infection and inflammation-associated cancer development, basic mechanisms of cancer prevention and therapy, the function of oncogenes and tumors suppressors, and the role of biomarkers for cancer risk prediction, molecular diagnosis and prognosis. Areas of interest include but are not limited to: Molecular and cellular mechanisms associated with normal homeostasis altered in neoplasia Molecular aspects of oncogenes, tumor suppressors, and their gene products in animal models and human cancer Epigenetic mechanisms related to cancer initiation, progression and therapy Microenvironment and systemic regulations in cancer initiation and progression Mechanisms of chemo- and dietary cancer prevention Molecular cancer epidemiology Biomarker discoveries for cancer risks, molecular pathology, prognosis and therapeutic response/resistance Mechanisms of developmental and approved cancer therapeutics and clinical trials (targeted-, immuno-, chemo-, radio-therapy) with clear molecular/cellular targets Biostatistics, bioinformatics and computational approaches for the aforementioned areas Areas outside the scope of the journal include: Studies with no relevance to cancer Reporting genetic variants without functional validation Data mining from published data or publically available database without experimental validations Randomized clinical trials without a molecular target Research in a cell-free system or a single cell line unless scientifically justified |
